A manhunt is underway for a man suspected of stabbing two people in Santa Cruz Friday night. Authorities say that the assault took place shortly before 11:30 p-m near Pacific Avenue and Maple Street where 26 year old Dennis Wells stabbed one man in the neck and the other in the head. Both victims were transported to a bay area trauma center with life threatening injuries. Anyone with any information on Wells whereabouts should call 9-1-1.
