The Dolphin Restaurant in Santa Cruz has re-opened. That after repairs were done after a Waterspout-come-ashore damaged the eatery at the end of the Santa Cruz Wharf last Sunday. Up to 80 mile-an-hour winds were recorded in Santa Cruz County that day.
