An early morning crash in Gilroy claimed the life of a 27-year-old Morgan Hill man this morning.
According to CHP, the driver was traveling northbound in a 2007 Nissan Titan, north of Monterey Road on Highway 101 when he lost control and crashed into guard rail.
Investigators do not believe drugs or alcohol played a factor in this collision.
