A 23-year-old Marina man is being held without bond after he was found in possession of what police say are bomb-making materials.
Jeremy Rogers was arrested Wednesday after supposed bomb-making supplies were found at a home in the 3100-block of Seacrest Avenue in Marina.
Rogers allegedly told police he intended to use an explosive device at a location somewhere out of state. He was booked into the Monterey County jail.
