Investigators say a threatening message left on a bathroom stall at a Santa Cruz middle school is not to be taken seriously. The handwritten note was found Tuesday at Mission Hill Middle School.
Police said yesterday that they had investigated the threat – the precise nature of which was not revealed – and did not find the threat to be credible. It related only to the one school, where police say they will be present today to assure students and staff that there is no danger.
