Robert Fultz, Lois Henry and Steve Swan will be sworn in as directors of the San Lorenzo Valley Water District board at a special meeting to be held at 5 p.m. Thursday at the Highlands Senior Center, 8500 Highway 9.
The agenda includes resolutions of appreciation for departing board members Chuck Baughman, Gene Ratcliffe and John Hayes, who lost their bids for re-election.
