A Greenfield middle school teacher has been arrested for alleged sexual misconduct with a minor. The incident took place Friday night when a patrol unit investigating a suspicious vehicle report on the 50 block of Walker Lane. At the scene police located 47 year old Jerry Mares with an underage girl involved in a sexual relationship. Mares was booked into Monterey County Jail.
