A Scotts Valley man has been arrested on drug and weapons charges as well as charges of child endangerment. That after Kyle Baxter, who was out on probation, was found to have an un-registered firearm and some methamphetmine…..in the home he shares with his young son. Baxter was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
