Freshman California Senator Kamala Harris says she could decide after the holidays whether or not she will run for President in 2020. Speaking Saturday in San Francisco, Harris said it would be a family decision because the negative aspects of campaigning would be shared with loved ones. “It’s going to be really ugly,” Harris said.
