The alleged victim of a Soledad kidnapping and a suspect in a gang indictment has been arrested. On Thursday, Fresno police spotted 26-year-old Jorge Jasso in a vehicle with several other suspected gang members. A car chase ensued, followed by a crash and a brief foot chase. Jasso was arrested on multiple counts of attempted murder and weapons charges.
