Salinas police arrested both drivers involved in a early Sunday morning collision. Officers arrived to the head on crash at Boronda Road and Constitution Boulevard to find a Ford pick up truck on fire and a Honda Odyssey The occupants of both vehicles, including several children with serious injuries, had been removed from the vehicles by Good Samaritans. Both drivers failed sobriety tests and were arrested and booked into Monterey County Jail.
