Updated: Investigators say Jorge Jasso, who was apparently kidnapped from his Soledad home earlier this week, is being indicted on 3 counts of attempted murder and 2 counts of conspiracy to commit murder.
Jasso was due in court later on the morning he was abducted and police say the missing 26-year-old had previously served time in the Monterey County jail on gang-related crimes. Investigators say the case continues to be handled as a kidnapping.
