Mount Toro High School on Tuesday held the groundbreaking for a new child development center on its Salinas campus. The new facility will support an extended teen mothers’ program and provide meals for students.
The center will include a full kitchen and cafeteria. This will be the first time a permanent building will be built on the Mount Toro high school campus.
