Police in Davis are investigating reports that two DaVinci High School students mixed up a batch of sugar cookies that included human ashes, reportedly belonging to one of the students’ grandmothers.
The cremains’-filled cookies were taken to campus and given to students – at least nine of whom ate the cookies.
Now Davis police are working to uncover more about the cookie claims and exactly what crime the students might be charged with.
