A Castroville man was arrested for a probation violation. The incident occurred at his home on Merritt Street at around 12:20AM Friday morning. Police responded to a 911 call of domestic violence at the home. When police arrived, they found 29 year old Julio Banda yelling at another person. Banda was arrested for charges of domestic violence, violation of a protective order & probation violation. He was booked into the Monterey County Jail.
