Several cities in Santa Cruz and Monterey counties will soon receive housing grants. Watsonville, Seaside, Salinas and Monterey will be getting a total of more than 4 million dollars from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (H.U.D.). The money is designed to be used to provide Affordable Housing in those communities cities.
