Women working to better their lives through schooling and skills training can apply to a program organized by Soroptimist International of Capitola-By-The-Sea. The program is called “Live Your Dream: Education and Training Awards for Women” and aims to help women who are the head of their households. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a vocational skill training program or be pursuing their bachelor’s degree. The deadline to apply is Nov. 15. For information, call 831-227-4602.
