A Monterey County jury awarded more than 5 million dollars to a female revenge porn victim. for her pain and suffering. The jury also awarded the 35 year old victim 150 thousand dollars in punitive damages. The suit alleged that the defendant Andre Pompey secretly videoed the couples sex acts and posted pictures on social media after the victim broke up with him. Pompey was also convicted in a criminal court for distribution of sexually explicit materials without consent.
