Armed Teen Arrested in S C 07/23/18A 07:02 S.S.

A  16  year-old  was  arrested  Friday night in Santa Cruz.  That’s because he had an un-loaded semi-automatic firearm, and ammunition, in his backpack  while  walking in the Beach Flats neighborhood.  He  was  booked  into  Santa Cruz County Jail.
