A Mount Hermon woman was arrested in connection with Friday’s fatal vehicle pedestrian crash in Santa Cruz. 24 year-old Kelsey Knoll is being charged with the murder of a 23 year-old woman who was walking westbound on Modesto Avenue around 3:25 p.m. Friday afternoon.
