A  developer  has  been  asked  to  come  back  with a  revised  plan  for  a  proposed  replacement  hotel  in  Pacific  Grove.      The  new  120-room  commercial  hotel  would  replace  the  old  Grand  Central  Station  Building  at  the  intersection  of  Grand  and  Central  Avenues.   The  project  would  include  underground  and  off-site  parking,  as  well  as  a  landscaped courtyard  area,  a  restaurant  and  a  soaking spa.     Pacific  Grove  City  Council  members  expect  to re-address  the  issue  at  the  council’s  August meeting.
