A 20 year-old Watsonville man was arrested today. Irvin Chavez is accused of shooting 2 people outside his Jolon Drive home June 30th. Chavez has been charged with attempted murder, shooting at a residence, a felony committed while out on bail, use of a firearm while committing a felony. His bail was set at a quarter-million dollars.
