Marina residents will vote whether to allow marijuana dispensaries in the fall election. The initiative to put the issue on the fall ballot received 1,400 signatures and was spearheaded by Marina Mayor Bruce Delgado. That number was well above the 1,017 needed. The initiative was started after Marina City council members said they would not allow cannabis businesses in the near future.
