Although the Watsonville city council was expected to make a decision Tuesday night about a 150-unit housing project on the 500 block of Ohlone Parkway in Watsonville, that decision won’t happen until at least the august 28th Watsonville city council meeting. The project includes single-family homes, duplex-style townhouses, a row-style townhouses on a 13-acre site. The same develop is in the process of constructing the 87-unit Sunshine Gardens project next door.
