A 27 year-old Santa Cruz woman, who drove a patrol car at 2 Santa Cruz County Sheriffs deputies, has pleaded not guilty. Jessica May Lowe made her first appearance in court today. Lowe is charged with attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest, escaping from custody and vehicle theft. She is being held in Santa Cruz county jail without bail.
