A 22 year-old reckless driver has been arrested, after he led law enforcement officers on a short chase through Hollister. Cody Giovanni Leyva faces charges connected with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, and evading police in a car. Leyva was booked into San Benito county jail.
