3 Los Banos residents were arrested in Santa Cruz this morning, after an early morning shooting on Ocean Street. 18 year-old Daniel Estrada is believed to have been the shooter in the 1:38 a.m. incident on Ocean Street. 20 year-old Jorge Ayala Fernandez was also arrested because he is a felon who was in possession of a firearm. 20 year-old Samantha Garcia was arrested for public intoxication. Fernandez is also the father of the toddler that was found with the now- arrested people.
