Authorities say that three people were hospitalized following a Saturday crash on Highway 101. The collision took place near Spence road when a northbound pickup truck traveling at a high rate of speed attempted a left turn, striking an oncoming van. Both drivers and a passenger were air lifted to trauma centers. No arrests have been made and drugs or alcohol do not appear to be a factor.
