There’s a power outage that’s running from Capitola Village, up to Amaya Ridge Road, off Old San Jose Road. More than 4000 P.G. & E. Customers in that area were without power for about 15 minutes, and at that point a number of customers got there power back…..but many are still without electricity. P.G. & E. workers hope to have all power restored by 9:30 tonight.
