Gonzalo Curiel has been guilty of murder in the abuse and torture deaths of two children. A jury took less than two hours to convict Curiel for the murders of 7 year old Shaun and 3 year old Delylah Tara. Because Curiel, now 20 years old, was a minor when the crimes were committed he is not eligible for the death penalty. Co defendant 42 year old Tami Huntsman pled guilty to murder charges to avoid a possible death sentence.
