A traffic stop in Scots Valley led to the discovery of 12 pounds of marijuana on Friday. Authorities say that during a vehicle code stop, canine officer, Atlas alerted on the vehicle. A search uncovered 5 bags of the drug. An investigation into the incident is on going.
