A tan and white dog was reportedly found in Morgan Hill….with a rope tied around its neck, and severe road rash. The dog, who is thought to have been dragged from a vehicle, is believed to have been left injured on the side of Dougherty Road. The dog is now being cared for by workers with Santa Clara County Animal Care.
