Two men were arrested yesterday morning on drug and gun-related charges. 27 year-old Archer Kais, and 30 year-old Barry Sumagang, both had semi-automatic handguns on them when they were arrested by Monterey county sheriff’s deputies yesterday. Additionally, Kais was in possession of 25 grams of cocaine.
