The Santa Cruz County Board of Supervisors voted to adopt Planning Commission recommendations for a proposed cannabis ordinance. The 5 to 0 approval moves the legislation closer to adoption. The Board will meet again on April 24th to vote on the final language. Based on today’s vote it will likely pass on a 4-1 or 5-0 vote and become County law 30 days after that.
