The Santa Cruz Police Department has positively identified the suspect in the January robbery at US Bank on Morrissey Blvd. 48 year old Randall Young has been identified as the robber and located in San Mateo County Jail on unrelated charges. He is currently undergoing extradition to Santa Cruz County to face Robbery, Kidnapping, and other charges surrounding his prior felony convictions.
