The murder trial of Gonzalo Curiel started in A Salinas courtroom yesterday (Mon). Curiel is accused of the murder and torture 3 year old Delylah and 6 year old Shaun Tara, as well as the torture and abuse of an older sister. Curiel’s co defendant, Tami Huntsman, pled guilty to all charges in exchange for lie in prison without parole. Curiel is eligible for the death penalty if convicted.
