Salinas police are investigating a shooting that took place Saturday. At about 5:20 p.m. patrol units responded to reports of gunfire on the 600 block of Towt Street. At the scene determined that 2 Hispanic males had opened fire on several people, however no one was injured during the the shooting. The incident is believed to be gang related.
