The Marina Police have identified a pregnant woman captured on video stealing hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise from Target. 40-year-old Lucia Rocha of Salinas is suspected of shoplifting from Target in Marina using the self checkout to pay for a few lower priced items and not scanning higher priced items. The case has been forwarded to the Monterey County DA’s office.
