(08:00) Santa Cruz – The Weather Service has issued a flood watch for the Santa Cruz Mountains from 7 a.m. today until 11 a.m. tomorrow. Roadway and small stream flooding is possible as well as urban flooding in poorly drained areas. Mud and rock slides are also possible in areas of steep terrain.
