(06:40) Santa Cruz – A man was arrested yesterday after he was caught with drugs. Deputies on patrol found Darren Fenner in a vehicle in the Soquel area. Deputies determined that Fenner had a felony warrant for his arrest and during a search of the vehicle found methamphetamine, a methamphetamine pipe and syringes. He was booked into Santa Cruz County jail on various charges.
