A man and a woman were arrested this morning after they were found to be traveling in a stolen vehicle in Santa Cruz. The arrest took place on ocean street. 29 year-old Lindsay Heinzen, and 28 year-old Jordan Roe, were booked into Santa Cruz county jail. The 2 face charges of vehicle theft, possession of drug paraphernalia, and outstanding warrants.
