(11:15) Monterey County – Caltrans reported this morning that a rock slide has shut down a portion of Highway 1, in Big Sur. The Highway is closed between Nacimiento-Fergusson and Paul’s Slide. Caltrans expects to have this area back open by tomorrow morning.
