(08:00) Scotts Valley – The City of Scotts Valley, Parks and Recreation Commission, and the Land Trust of Santa Cruz County is inviting the public to attend a tour of the proposed public access plan for the east side of the Glenwood Preserve on Saturday. The tour will start from Siltanen Park’s picnic area, 127 Vine Hill School Road, and provide information about the trails, access points and the long term management plan. The tour will be from 10 a.m. to noon. Another meeting to discuss the east side of the Glenwood preserve will take place at 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 22 at 1 Civic Center Drive, in Scotts Valley.
