(06:00) Salinas – Salinas Police are seeking the public’s help in finding an at-risk missing person. 73-year-old Felix Rodriguez was last seen on Saturday leaving his home on the 300 block of East Laurel Drive. Rodriguez suffers from early stages of dementia. Rodriguez is 5’4”, 190 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seeing wearing a dark colored hat, blue jacket and blue jeans. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is encouraged to contact authorities.
