Ground has been broken on a new eco-resort on the Monterey Peninsula. Monterey Bay Shores will be constructed right off the Fremont Exit, off of Highway 1 in Sand City. The eco-resort, which has been 25 years in the making so far….is now slated to open in 2021. It will have 184 hotel rooms, 92 hotel condominium units, and 92 residential condominiums.
