A Watsonville man, who faces 20 felony charges connected with sexually abusing a Capitola girl several years ago, is now out on bail. That after 42 year-old Greg Bartle’s bail was reduced from 1 million dollars to $200,000. The allegations against Bartle all involve 1 victim….whom he reportedly had “unique access to”, while she was 14 through 17 years-old.
