(06:30) Salinas – A man was arrested on Friday after he was caught with a loaded gun in Salinas. The incident took place around 8 p.m. at Constitution Boulevard and East Laurel. Officers were conducting a traffic stop and contacted the 21 year old driver, who was driving on a suspended license. During a search of the vehicle officers located a loaded semi-automatic firearm under the seat. The man was booked into Monterey County Jail.
