(06:30) Monterey – The City of Monterey is scheduled to do another clean up sweep this morning in the Chinatown area. City officials reported that public health is a big reason for the sweep as well as to eliminate further Hepatitis outbreaks. The sweep will begin at 7:00 this morning.
