The California Highway Patrol has released the name of woman killed in an accident near Aromas on Wednesday. At about 2 p.m. 40-year-old Odilia Chavez-Ortega of Gilroy lost control of her car on Highway 129 near Rogge Road, and bounced off of a guardrail into on coming traffic. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The 65 year old male driver of the other vehicle was treated for lacerations.
