The victim of a shooting that happened Monday night in the 200 block of Cross Avenue in Salinas has died. 26 year old Alexis Alfredo Saldana Ramos’ death marks the 26th homicide of 2017 in Salinas and is being investigated by authorities as a gang related incident.
